INKAS® Security employs ten non-unionized armed crews of two persons each who are screened, trained and managed to perform all operational, administrative, and maintenance functions, whether separately or in overlapping fashion, on the road, or in the vault.   Crews are all full-time and work six days per week.  All personnel have successfully completed the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and have acquired a Firearms License for Possession and Acquisition from the Canadian Firearms Centre, which is renewed by application each five years.  In addition, each crew member requires an ‘Authorization to Carry a Restricted Firearm’ (ATC). Each INKAS® Security employee must re-qualify annually for the ‘Authorization to Carry a Restricted Firearm’ through training which includes the fundamentals of shooting and use of force.  INKAS® Security is required to dedicate (on average) 16 hours of training per month, per employee during working hours.

All are employees are experienced, qualified, screened, bonded, checked, tested and trained. Being a medium size company enables us to eliminate the unfortunate necessity to sacrifice quality for quantity, we do not settle or compromise when it comes to the quality of our employees, so we could provide the best service in the security industry. We practise zero tolerance in regard to any flaw in character or background, in fact, less than 25% of interested candidates pass our screening tests and interviews successfully, and less than half of the ones who do are accepted as full time permanent employees after the 3 months probation (and training) period. We only accept the best and we only keep the best of the best, knowing that great service starts with great people.
